I have been working in IT for the past 15+ years, there have certinly been some shifts in that time. I am currently working as a Global Cloud Architect and am lucky enough to be paid for what I love doing, playing with technology.

I have a passion for Automation, Smart Homes and tinkering with anything with an Internet connection.

I’m very much a Microsoft ‘fanboy’ enthusiast and love playing, learning, configuring and discovering Azure Services. I co-run the NAUG (the Narthern Azure User Group) based in Manchesyter but like many User Groups we now enjoy a World wide following thanks to the pandemic. While I’m is not working, I enjoys walking (we moved from Manchester Cirt Centre out to the countryside), travelling, writing blogs and learning languages (if anyone can help with German let me know!).
